add postage and packing, rate C, if required ref: post-vforcewatchms-dk Ministry of Defence issued Omega watch to the V-Force Nuclear Bomber Pilots & Navigators flying Victor, Valiant and Vulcan Bombers during the "Cold War" period - The MOD in 1952 requested Omega to design and make a watch that would not be affected by the electromagnetic field produced by the detonation of a Nuclear Bomb dropped from one of these aircraft - this watch dated 1953 - Stainless Steel Case with iron inner case, spring loaded retaining ring and iron perimeter ring (often missing but still with this watch) - replacement strap Complete and in excellent, original condition - very small crack to glass at the base [B.Am] |
